As System Architect and Founder, led the technical vision, system architecture, and full-stack development of Mero Sawari. Designed and developed the core platform infrastructure, including backend services, PostgreSQL data models, and a responsive web application. Built the foundation for vehicle management and rental booking workflows, with a focus on simplifying rental operations, improving the customer booking experience, and providing a scalable SaaS solution for vehicle rental businesses.

As Technical Founder, led the full-stack development and technical architecture of a premium subscription platform, building backend APIs, purchasing workflows, subscription management, and customer-facing experiences. Also implemented SEO optimizations to improve search visibility, strengthen organic discovery, and drive growth, generating 500K impressions on Google Search.

Built the backend services and frontend experiences connecting flight discovery, booking, and payment into a streamlined customer journey, with a focus on reliability, secure transactions, and maintainable architecture.
